 To participate in the NordiQC scheme, protocols and HER-2 scores must be submitted using the electronic forms:

Protocol form 2 (Breast cancer IHC module) is closed.

It opens for Run B13 by 1st April.

Protocol form 3 (HER-2 ISH module) is closed.

It opens for Run H1 by 1st April.

Protocol form 4 (Protocol corrections only) is OPEN for submission of protocol corrections for run 34 only, in case the lab has changed protocol after the first submission. The changed protocols will overwrite previously submitted protocols. This protocol form can not be used in order to obtain unstained slides.

Protocol form 5 (Protocols for reassessments only) is to be used for submission of (original or amended) protocols, in case the lab obtained borderline or poor marks and wishes a reassessment based on new stain(s). Only tests from the immediate previous run (General module and Progesterone receptor in Breast Cancer module) are open for reassessment. CLOSED BY 9th JANUARY
