To participate in the NordiQC scheme, protocols are required before deadline

and must be submitted using the electronic forms below

Protocol form 2 (Breast cancer IHC module) is CLOSED. It opens for Run B16 by 12th August

 

Protocol form 3 (HER-2 ISH module) is CLOSED. It opens for Run H4 by 12th August
 

Protocol form 4 (reassessments only) is CLOSED. It opens for reassessments of Run 37 and 38, and B16 (ER) by 12th August.
This form is for amended protocols, in case the lab obtained borderline or poor marks in a run (General module or Breast cancer module, hormone receptor) and wishes a reassessment based on a new stain. Reassessments of HER-2 IHC and HER-2 ISH are not carried out, as the same tests are offered in all runs of the Breast cancer module.

Protocol form 5 (Protocol corrections only) is OPEN for submission of protocol corrections for run 38, in case the lab has changed protocol after the first submission.

Changed protocols will overwrite previously submitted protocols. This protocol form cannot be used in order to obtain unstained slides.

Protocol form 6 (Protocol corrections only) is CLOSED for submission of protocol corrections for the breast cancer module.

Protocol form 7 (Protocol corrections only) is CLOSED for submission of protocol corrections for the HER-2 ISH module.
