Protocol form 1

General module

Protocol form 1 (General module) is used for submission of protocols for Run 24 opening as of 1 September 2008 (an e-mail alert is sent to all participants). Protocols can NOT be submitted now. Deadline is 15 September. In case a laboratory changes a protocol before staining a NordiQC slide, a new protocol must be submitted to overwrite the first protocol. Password protected.

Protocol form 2

Breast module

Protocol form 2 (Breast module) is used for submission of protocols for Run B6 opening as of 1 September 2008 (an e-mail alert is sent to all participants). Protocols can NOT be submitted now. Deadline is 15 September. In case a laboratory changes a protocol before staining a NordiQC slide, a new protocol must be submitted to overwrite the first protocol. Password protected.

Protocol form 3

Workshop

Protocol form 3 (Workshop) is used for submission of protocols for the NordiQC Workshop Protocols can be submitted now. Deadline is 15 July. In case a laboratory changes a protocol before staining a NordiQC slide, a new protocol must be submitted to overwrite the first protocol. Password protected.

1) If a laboratory is unable to stain for HER-2, it can be replaced by PR in Run B5 and ER in Run B6. Use the field "Other epitope" in the protocol form. If a laboratory does not stock an antibody to E-cadherin, it cannot be replaced by another.2) All dates indicated are approximate and may be changed by NordiQC if needed.
