Cytokeratin 5 and 14 in tumors

CK 5 in a low differentiated non-keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma. Almost all carcinoma cells are stained.

CK 5 in a high differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. Only a few carcinoma cells are stained.
CK5/14 (detected with clone 34BE12) in an adenosquamous carcinoma of the gall bladder. The squamous elements are strongly stained, while the adenomatous part is hetero-geneously stained. CK5/14 (detected with clone 34BE12) in a malignant mesothelioma.
