Cytokeratin in adenocarcinomas

MNF116 detecting CK in a ductal mamma carcinoma. All the carcinoma cells are stained. A few normal ducts are also stained.

CK19 in a colon adenocarcinoma. All the carcinoma cells are stained. The staining reaction  is cytoplasmatic with an enhancement at the cell membranes.

Left: CK7 in a lung with a metastatic adenocarcinoma from colon. The normal bronchial cells are stained, wheras the carcinoma is unstained. Right: CK20 in the same specimen. The carcinoma cells are stained, whereas the normal bronchial cells are unstained.
