Cytokeratin 8 in normal cells

Normal pancreas. All pancreatic ducts and acini are strongly stained. Endocrine cells in Langerhans' islets are weakly stained.

Normal liver. Hepatocytes are stained with an accentuated membrane reaction. Bile duct epithelium reacts very intense.
Normal kidney. Proximal tubules, collecting ducts and Bowman capsular epithelium react positive. Normal colon. All enterocytes react positive, most intense in the surface epithelium.
