Normal colon mucosa. All enterocytes are stained.

Normal liver. The bile duct epithelium is intensely stained, whereas the liver cells stain heterogenously with accentuation of the membranes.

Normal skin. All epithelial cells in epidermis as well as sebaceous gland and hair follicle are stained Normal tonsil covered with an uncornified squamous epithelium. All the epithelial cells are stained.
