The staining is strongest
corresponding the bile canaliculi. Note that
the staining intensity is somewhat
stronger than that of germinal centre cells
(Fig 1A), and appear slightly overstained (which
must be accepted, if the protocol should be used for detection of
CD10 in lymphoid neoplasms) |
